Sitting & Location Fees

Your sitting fee covers my time during your session, my work in preparing your photos for online viewing, and submitting your order to the lab. Your sitting fee is due at the time that you book your appointment.

Your session may take place in my studio, your home, the park, or other location of your choice.

The studio session fee is $35 for up to 6 people, and is due the day you book your session. A minimum purchase amount of $30 is required, which is due on the day of your session.
For additional subjects, add $10 per person.
Session fees for newborns are $75, as these are the most time consuming session of all. Newborn sessions can last anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. You will never feel rushed when you are here for your newborn’s session. There is plenty of time to stop to feed and change your baby. We want to ensure we have plenty of time get those precious images, and babies can’t be rushed!
Consider joining the Watch Me Grow program for big cost savings during your baby’s first year. Every child deserves to have a portrait history; especially during their first year of life.
I can also come to your home for natural light portraits, or meet you at a park for outdoor portraits. The session fee for portraits outside of my studio is $75, with a $100 minimum order required. These sessions can last anywhere from 1-3 hours.

PLEASE NOTE:
After your session, we will schedule a date for you to return to the studio to view your images and place your order. This will usually take place within 1 week of your session date. Your images will be posted online only after you have been to the studio to view your images and place your order. They will remain online for 1 week, so your family members that live out of town will have up to 1 week to view and place their orders.

Selective Color: $5 - $15 per digital file

Digital Images

Single digital image in high and low resolution (includes copyright release) -- $85

CD of all images from your session, both high and low resolution (includes copyright release) -- $350

With a purchase over $500, you will receive a CD of all your images from the session.

Fine Art Canvas Gallery Wraps

Fine Art Canvas starts at $275 for a 16x20. Call for pricing on additional sizes.
Printed on Breathing Color canvas with museum style back, the fine art canvas is a stunning heirloom to display in your home.
The art canvas is stretched around the outside of a 1½ ” or 2¼" thick frame.
The image is printed on canvas with archival quality ink.
Our Gallery Wraps use museum quality stretcher bars which are made from kiln-dried pine selected from the finest raw material, and are free of knots and misalignment.

**There are no additional charges for black & white or sepia.
**Above pricing is for satin finish portraits. Metallic finish is also available-add 20% to the above pricing. Metallic paper has a glossy finish that brings a certain pop to color and sepia toned portraits.

Touch Ups

Small scratches and blemishes will be touched up at no additional charge.

V.I.P. Portrait Club
Members of the V.I.P. Portrait Club will receive an unlimited amount of sittings within the year of signing up, and 20% off all portrait purchases. You also receive 20% off selective color techniques and touch ups. The cost to join the club is $150.00 + tax for the entire immediate family. Add $10 per person for extended family members at the time of the session.

Watch Me Grow Program
Capture the first year of baby’s life! As a member, you will receive 4 sittings (3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year.) At the end of the year, you will receive an 11x14 Collage panel with your favorite pose from each session. Cost for the program is $175.00 + tax. You will also receive a 25% discount on any prints ordered throughout the year, as well as selective color techniques and touch ups. Join the program within the first 6 weeks of baby’s life, and receive a newborn sitting at no additional charge. Add a Mommy and Me sitting for just $15 more. Birth announcements are also available.
